Director

Meet Theodore Khng—the mad scientist–turned-ACCA wiz who kicked off Theo10 Pte Ltd with nothing but a stovetop, a beaker, and a hunger to shake up the world of Thera Skin Science. Since 2013, he’s whipped up eight crowd-favorite formulas, slashing new-product launch times in half without ever skimping on safety or swirl-worthy ingredients.

When the pandemic hit, Theodore didn’t just watch from the sidelines—he raced to formulate an all-natural hand sanitizer for frontline clinics. And because he’s all about real-world solutions, he later co-invented a rapid-relief oral gel now in clinical trials for hand-foot-mouth disease. That’s the kind of “roll-up-your-sleeves” magic you get when you mix accounting precision with lab-coat curiosity.

Off the bench, Theodore’s lent his “tell-it-like-it-is” flair to ASEAN integration efforts for young business leaders through the Singapore Business Federation’s Young Business Leaders Network. He’s also spent six years on school advisory boards, helping to shape entrepreneurship programs and industry linkages—because the next generation of innovators deserves a head start.

Tng Bing Rong

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Since joining Theo10, Bing Rong has been the driving force behind the company’s evolution into a digitally agile and globally recognised skincare and healthcare brand. Leveraging his expertise in gamification, digitalisation, and business operations, he has led Theo10’s strategic expansion across major e-commerce platforms.

Recognised as one of only six official Shopee Mentors, Bing Rong has delivered record-breaking livestream campaigns—generating over 20,000 views and nearly six-figure revenue in a single session. He also spearheaded the launch of Theo10 Oral Gel, now widely used for managing HFMD symptoms in young children, further cementing Theo10’s reputation for science-backed, family-safe innovation.

Before Theo10, Bing Rong founded an award-winning game development studio at age 21, earning international accolades from Rovio (Angry Birds) and Ubisoft RedLynx. He also served as CTO of an agri-tech portfolio company, where he led core digital transformation efforts.

A firm believer in purpose-driven leadership, Bing Rong actively contributes to the community. He currently serves as a Committee Member of the School Advisory Committee at Springfield Secondary School, providing guidance on tech resilience and youth development. His kindness-focused initiative with the Singapore Kindness Movement won international acclaim, and he remains a committed volunteer with The Morning Greeters.

Yeak Jia Le

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Meet Yeak Jia Le, the digital architect behind Theo10’s most compelling online moments. Since joining our team in November 2019 at only 16 years old, Jia Le has transformed our TikTok presence and shop into powerhouse storefronts—driving a 450% increase in TikTok Shop revenue over the past 18 months. His knack for spotting emerging trends and crafting thumb‑stopping content has not only boosted sales but also cemented Theo10’s reputation as an innovator in green‑personalcare storytelling.

Armed with a Business degree from Nanyang Technological University and an entrepreneurial spirit, Jia Le spearheads our livestream campaigns, influencer collaborations, and UX optimizations with equal parts strategic rigor and creative flair. He doesn’t just post videos—he scripts narratives that resonate, leading to a 45% boost in engagement rates and a 30% lift in repeat purchase behavior across our e‑commerce platforms. Whether it’s orchestrating interactive “behind‑the‑scenes” sessions or A/B testing new product demos, his data‑driven, hands‑on approach ensures every campaign outperforms the last.
